Frequently asked questions

What founders ask us before the first call, answered with numbers and no detours. If something is missing, write to us and we will add it here.

Pricing

How much does it cost to work with kikiriki.works?

Between €2,000 and €7,500 for most projects. The two-week sprints (Founder Starter Pack and Sprint Strategy) sit at €2,000–2,500. Sprint Execution, which runs two months, is €5,000 to €7,500. Longer programmes and From Product to Round, 8 to 16 weeks, are quoted separately. One payment, no lock-in, no retainer.

Why does the price depend on the project?

Because this works like a home renovation. You can agree a price before starting, and we do, but what it ends up costing depends on the materials, the hours and whatever turns up once you lift the floor. A category with ten competitors is not the same job as one with no reference point in Spain, and a team with research already done is not the same as one starting from zero.

What if something comes up that changes the scope?

We tell you before we touch it, never on the invoice. The proposal fixes price and scope, with deliverables that have a name and a date. If lifting the floor reveals a different problem from the one we came to solve, we stop, we tell you, and you decide: carry on as agreed, change the scope, or stop there.

Whether we fit

Do you only work with B2C companies?

Mostly B2C, because that is where we are most effective: DTC, lifestyle, foodtech, healthtech and innovative consumer products. But we do B2B too. The method (culture first, narrative second) works the same when the buyer is a company. It is a matter of talking it through and seeing whether your case fits.

Do you work with founders outside Spain?

Yes. The whole team is fully bilingual in Spanish and English, so the entire project (sessions, deliverables, workshops and documentation) can run in either language. We are based in Madrid and Asturias, but the work is remote by default: Notion, Loom and video sessions.

Which companies do you not work with?

General ecommerce with no clear proposition, idea-stage projects, and anyone looking for a content agency. Our sweet spot is founders at €20k–€80k MRR, 12–36 months post-launch, teams of 2 to 15 people and real traction. If you do not fit, we say so on the first call.

How we work

How long does a project take?

From two weeks to four months. Diagnostic sprints run two weeks. Sprint Execution, two months. The single-topic programmes run 3 to 8 weeks. From Product to Round, 12 to 16. All of them have a fixed beginning and end: we do not work on open retainers.

How much of my time does it take?

Two to three hours a week. We carry the rest, and it stays documented: Notion for live work, Loom for anything that does not need a meeting, and written deliverables you can read on a Monday and know what to do. It is built for a team of eight with six months of runway, not for companies with infinite patience.

Who works on my project?

Cris Allende leads every project. Around her is a collective of senior freelance consultants who plug in modularly depending on what each case needs: cultural research, product marketing, narrative or execution. No juniors learning at your expense, and no fixed team whose hours have to be filled.

What are SCOPE, FORGE, VOICE and FLOW?

The four phases of the method: observe, name, activate. SCOPE maps the cultural movements that matter to your category. FORGE turns emerging behaviours into growth levers. VOICE translates that opportunity into messaging that converts. FLOW brings it down to experiments with a metric and a threshold. Depending on the project we apply one phase or all four.

What do I take away when we finish?

Documents that get used, not a deck that gets filed. Depending on the service: the map of cultural tensions in your category, the messaging diagnosis, the narratives nobody occupies, the main lever identified, hypotheses ready to test, a 90-day roadmap, and the frameworks for your team to carry on alone.

Getting started

How do we start?

Three steps. You write us five minutes on where you are and what you have tried. We have a 25-minute call, no deck and no pitch, just questions to understand the problem. And in under 48 hours you have a proposal, or an honest recommendation of what we would do in your place if we are not what you need right now.

Where are you based?

In Madrid (C. de Piamonte 23, 28004) and in Asturias, in Gijón. We work remotely with founders across Spain and internationally, but if you are near either one, the coffee is on us.
